At TILT Professional Makeup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original professional packaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your package back to our London warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once received, our team will inspect the products for hygiene seal integrity and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
